Founder/ President
Markel Goode
Markel Goode is a Founder, President, and Board Member of Youth Alliance Matters. An active-duty U.S. Air Force member and owner of A Goode Detail, Markel leads the organization with discipline, purpose, and heart. He’s the visionary behind hands-on youth programs that teach trades like landscaping, power washing, fishing, and auto care, while also mentoring youth through community service and leadership.

Alize (Darine) Williams
Alize (Darine) Williams, also known as Alize Monae, is a Founder, Vice President, and Board Member of Youth Alliance Matters. She oversees event planning, donations, legal paperwork, contracts, and trade-based workshops for youth and adults. With a background in beauty and business, Alize brings a creative and strategic vision to the organization, helping lead impactful programs that inspire and empower youth through education and community engagement.

KiKi Goode
Kiki Goode is a Founder, Secretary, and Board Member of Youth Alliance Matters. She plays a key role in planning events, supporting volunteers, and connecting the organization with community resources. Kiki’s organizational skills and dedication behind the scenes help ensure every initiative runs smoothly and effectively.
